Property listings must be accurate and complete. You represent that you have the legal right to list the property and that all information provided is truthful. Fraudulent or misleading listings may result in account termination.

Certain services may be subject to fees. All fees are described in our pricing section and are subject to change. Payment terms and refund policies are specified at the time of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
PropzAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings or the quality of professional services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
